Built upon three main components: treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, and weight room and/or resistance training blocks, Orangetheory group sessions guarantee you a great full body workout.


Orangetheory's high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions have been constructed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone. When your heart rate stays within a certain zone, your metabolism is boosted and you feel energized. This leads to the Orange Effect – extra energy and calories burned for up to a day and a half after your workout.


Only top-level trainers are able to go Orange. Our personal trainers are devoted to your personal goals and will encourage you as you work to achieve them. Whether your goal is performance based or weight loss based, Orangetheory Fitness has the perfect workout program and motivational environment to help you succeed on your journey. If you have any physical limitations, please notify your personal trainer prior to the start of your gym session so they can make any necessary adjustments for your safety.

Why I love OTF: It’s the most cost effective way I found to get a killer strength and cardio, total body workout in one efficient hour. The variety of the workouts, the coaching, the tech, the sense of community…all icing on the cake.

Hometown: Madison, IN
Fun facts: Matt was a collegiate wrestler at the University of Indianapolis. He currently coaches youth at a wrestling academy and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling tournaments. When he's not at the studio, Matt loves being outside hunting, fishing, shooting, or camping.
Favorite exercise: TRX bicep curls
Favorite food: Buffalo chicken wings
Why I love OTF: The atmosphere and energy here are unbelievable! I get to literally watch people change their lives on a daily basis.

Hometown: Floyds Knobs, IN
Fun facts: Kelly graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She loves to travel and be outdoors - find her hiking any of Indiana's beautiful trails. Kelly is also an avid foodie and concert goer!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
